Garlic - Thyme
More than 100 scientific papers relating to garlic have been published since 1983. Garlic is a complex plant. Alliin being the princible ingredient in raw garlic. When garlic is crushed , the enzyme alliinase present in the garlic reacts with the alliin to produce allicin. Allicin is the natural ingredient which gives garlic its pungent smell, it is also a powerful antibacterial agent , which enters the bloodstream and disinfects the lungs, bowles and skin.
